Medical Assistants will work under thesupervision of the Nurse Team Leader, and function as a member of thehealth care team in the delivery of high-quality service. MAs willassist in the delivery of primary health care and patient caremanagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for their visit byobtaining vitals, patient history, medication reconciliation andreviewing allergies Assist with procedures and point-of-care testingOrdering necessary tests required for the visit to ensure satisfactionof the QM Tab measures. Document encounters in the Electronic MedicalRecord (Athena)

Required Qualifications:

Medical Assisting programcertificate, EMT license, or CNA license Current CPR certification EMRexperience (Athena preferred) Experience working as a

Medical Assistant,EMT, or CNA Additional Preferred Qualifications:
