Full-time New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), a leading physician-owned orthopedic practice and proud member of Northeast Orthopedic Alliance (NOA), is currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our clinical team at our Northampton location. What You’ll Do:
Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow Take vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions Document patient information in EMR according to protocol Schedule appointments, manage calls, and triage patient messages Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and support general clinic operations
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred) 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting (orthopedic experience preferred) Familiarity with EMR systems and routine clinical procedures Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Day shifts (8-hour) No nights or weekends
