PM Position Overview:
This is a dual-role position primarily focused on clinical support as a Medical Assistant, with responsibilities also covering front desk operations . You’ll support a high-volume practice by rooming patients, assisting providers, and coordinating scheduling and check-in/check-out activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Room 18-20 patients per day Record patient vital signs and complete medication reconciliation Collaborate with up to 4 providers at a time Work through EPIC In Basket messages Assist with front desk duties : patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling Ensure excellent patient service and workflow efficiency
Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience with EPIC Background as a Medical Assistant and in administrative/front desk support Comfortable in a multi-provider clinical setting
