This position will involve interface with primary care teams and CCA contracted vendors. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Input and maintain a variety of data bases and spreadsheets Participate in data collection for reporting purposes Entering Inpatient data; ensuring admission and discharge dates are accurate and entered timely Performs a QC of data on the MDS and enters the MDS data into Mass Health online. Creation/distribution of reports – Interface with Primary Care Locations Creation /distribution of letters to vendors Assists with resolving Personal Care Attendant issues Assist with trainings and presentations Support special program staff with administrative needs Offer recommendations for improvements in office practices and process flow as identified Sorting and organizing information Photocopying, filing and shredding May provide support to other departments, as needed Working Conditions Standard office conditions.
