Lead Medical Assistant – Full Time Family Ear, Nose & Throat, LLC 35 Walker Street, Kittery, ME 03904 Seeking a full-time Lead Medical Assistant for a busy medical practice with locations in Kittery, ME, and Portsmouth, NH, Dover, NH. Experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity if you are a certified medical assistant or if you are interested in pursing a health-related career such as nursing, or medicine. Skills Required:

Overseeing clinical staff during operating hours. Ensuring office policy and standard practices are met by clinical staff. Work with PA to oversee operations of allergy immunotherapy department including but not limited to vial preparations, allergy testing, injection administration, mixing and allergy schedule. Scheduling of clinical staff. Managing inventory and clinical supply orders. Coordinating vendor relations with medical device company representatives. Ensuring patient flow runs smoothly and efficiently. Training new staff. Step in to help other medical assistants when needed to cover sick days and vacations. Coordinate scribes for physicians and physician assistants. Work on continued processes in eClinicalWorks and other facilities. Preparing lab specimens. Assisting providers with medical procedures. Working with providers to perform prescription refills, responding to patient questions and communicating lab results. Benefits include health insurance , 401(k) after 1 year, PTO and paid holidays.
