Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked. Perform vital sign checks and document patient information accurately. Administer medications as directed by physicians or nursing staff. Provide patient education on treatment plans and medication usage. Coordinate patient flow within the clinic to optimize efficiency. Maintain accurate medical records, including coding for billing purposes. Support the front office staff, when needed. Assist in outpatient services, ensuring a seamless experience for patients. Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to assist with patient care effectively. Experience in medication administration and understanding of safety protocols. Familiarity with coding practices for accurate medical record keeping. Compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on empathy and support. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
