Responsibilities:
As aMedical Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in thesmooth running of our healthcare facility.
Your responsibilitieswill include:
1. Greeting patients upon arrival and ensuring awarm, welcoming environment. 2. Performing data entry tasks toupdate patient records with accurate and timely information. 3.Managing office communication via email and direct calls, providingprompt and professional responses. 4. Scheduling and confirmingpatient appointments, optimizing efficiency and patientsatisfaction. 5. Handling billing procedures, processing payments,and addressing patient queries regarding billing. 6. Organizing anddistributing mail within the facility. 7. Utilizing O365 forvarious administrative tasks and communications. 8. Assisting withother administrative duties as required, such as filing,photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
Tobe successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 1 yearof experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry. 2.Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry,scheduling, and billing. 3. Excellent knowledge of office software,particularly O365. 4. Exceptional communication skills, bothwritten and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitiveinformation confidentially. 5. Strong organizational skills, withthe ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizeeffectively. 6. A patient-centered approach, with a commitment toproviding excellent customer service. 7. A high level of accuracyand attention to detail. 8. The ability to work well in a team, aswell as independently. 9. A high school diploma or equivalent. Acertificate or degree in medical administration would be an asset.
