As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering essential medical administrative support and direct patient care.

Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:

Assist patients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Scheduling appointments as requried for treatments and care, responding to patient messages and . Proficient use with

EHR:

Maintain electronic health records with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Communication:

Facilitate effective communication between medical staff, patients, and pharmacies to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Perform Medical Tasks:

Perform medical tasks such as taking vital signs, updating patient information, and assisting with procedures as needed.

Use Medical Knowledge:

Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, to enhance patient care when performingcare and doing procedures.

Qualifications:
Computer Proficiency:

Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, with a minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute.

Education:

College-level coursework in psychology, neuroscience, and medical terminology.

Experience:

Exposure to a clinical environment is preferred, with experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Basic Life Support Protocols:

Familiarity with basic life support protocols is desirable.
