Clinical Assistant Position Available In Forsyth, North Carolina

Clinical Assistant Forsyth Oral Surgery and Implant Center 1601 South Hawthorne Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 Busy and growing oral surgery practice seeking certified dental assistant or certified medical assistant to join our dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent patient care. Clinical duties will include, but not limited to, surgical assisting, monitoring and recovering sedated patients, taking radiographs and intraoral scans, sterilization, triaging patient phone calls and other aspects of patient care. Surgical experience preferred, but not necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of a certified clinical assistant program preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding Familiarity with basic life support (BLS) procedures Ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
