out of 5 stars 13500 South Point Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28273 Clinical Lab Assistant II – Charlotte, NC Under direct supervision, a Clinical Laboratory Assistant (CLA) performs a variety of record keeping duties and prepares routine specimens and performs ancillary tasks to support testing. Unpacks and records samples shipped in accordance with regulations and guidelines. Works with other team members to ensure timely and quality test results. Shift Differentials for 2nd (12%), 3rd (20%) and an additional 8% for qualifying weekend hours worked Shift 1: Wednesday to Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision 401 K matching contribution each payroll period equal to 100% of the first 5% (immediately vested) Two floating holidays and seven paid holidays per year Paid Time Off for full-time and part-time employees based on the length of service & paid hours Bereavement pays – up to 24 Hours for immediate family members Tuition reimbursement Savi student loan debt services
