This is a private small practice that has been very well established for the past 32 years and has an outstanding reputation in the Charlotte community. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient service in both outpatient and inpatient settings, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical administrative support and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations.
• Administer medications as directed by physicians, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Perform basic life support (BLS) as needed and maintain certification.
• Manage patient records, including scheduling appointments, updating medical histories, and processing insurance information.
• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and collecting relevant health information.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and work areas to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Requirements
• Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety measures.
• Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks, including electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a dynamic healthcare environment.
