Duties Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, medical histories, and documenting information in electronic health records. Coordinate patient care activities and ensure smooth operations within the clinic. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care instructions. Support the healthcare team in managing patient flow and ensuring timely service delivery. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards. Skills Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff. Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
