The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within a clinical setting, ensuring that patients receive the attention and support they need during their treatment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient service. Responsibilities Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, including monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information. Provide support in various departments such as Emergency Medicine, Hospital settings, or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation of medication administration. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their care. Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient interactions and care procedures. Support geriatric patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort during visits. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient service and improve overall care delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in patient care or a clinical environment is preferred; experience in Emergency Medicine or PICU is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures related to patient care. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. A compassionate approach towards patient care, particularly for geriatric populations. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within the clinical setting.
