Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation of medication administration. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their care. Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient interactions and care procedures. Support geriatric patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort during visits. Collaborate with team members to enhance patient service and improve overall care delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in patient care or a clinical environment is preferred; experience in Emergency Medicine or PICU is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures related to patient care. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. A compassionate approach towards patient care, particularly for geriatric populations.
