Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with patient care to ensure efficient service Greet, check in/out patients, and provide visit support Escort patients to exam rooms, take vitals, and prep for exams Manage phone calls and schedule appointments Perform clinical tasks like blood draws, EKGs, and diagnostic tests Handle referrals, insurance authorizations, and update insurance details Relay messages and coordinate with medical providers Process medication refills and coordinate with pharmacies Communicate test results and address patient follow-up questions Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and rooms
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Diploma 1+ years of Back Office experience Valid Driver’s license High School Diploma or
GED IND1
