Job Description
Medical Assistant/Front Desk Carolina Sports and Spine 1700 Forest Hills West Road, Wilson, NC 27893 We are in need of a highly motivated medical assistant/front desk person for a medical practice with a focus on medical weight loss and musculoskeletal care at our Rocky Mount and Wilson locations. Billing experience is a plus. We have an excellent compensation package for the right candidate. 1-2 years of experience in medical assisting needed. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and experience with EMR. Candidate will get training specifics of the job but a basic understanding of how to get vitals manually and some medical anatomy is beneficial. Candidates should have excellent computer skills. We use Athena medical software to record and document patient encounters. We are very established and require the right people to provide an excellent customer experience. Preference given to the candidates with certifications in the medical assisting or billing.
