Processes clinical specimens and completes documentation and reporting Strong human relation skills to interact effectively and collaborate with others in difficult situations are required Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with human discomfort, because urinary issues can be accompanied by significant pain Ability to effectively handle challenging situations Ability to function in high volume patient flow Ability to balance multiple priorities Knowledge of Epic preferred but not required Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent
