We are seeking an experienced and

medical assistant. Previous experience in a Medical Spa, Dermatology office or Plastic Surgery office setting is a plus.

Job Requirements:

The role requires a combination of administrative tasks and also assisting in procedures. Must possess a positive attitude, exhibiting excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail The individual must be a self-motivated, multi-tasker with impeccable time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly. Must be extremely driven and results oriented.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year work experience as a medical assistant. • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities:

Excellent phone and written skills along with product knowledge, associated within the industry Greeting patients and ensuring general office area is always presentable to clients. Charting on our Software which will be taught to you Checking clients in and out as needed Ensuring all appropriate consents are signed and completed. Observe, record, and report patient vitals, conditions, reactions, and past treatments to the medical provider Prepare patients for consultation, evaluation, and treatment
