Position Responsibilities:
Patient Preparation:
Obtain vital signs and patient history to prepare the patient for the Medical Provider’s examination.
Examination and Treatment Area Maintenance:
Ensure examination and treatment areas are prepared and maintained to meet clinical standards.
Procedure Assistance:
Prepare the patient for and assist with medical procedures and treatments.
Vaccine and Injection Administration:
Administer vaccines and other injections as applicable.
Team Collaboration:
Cooperate with other employees to achieve specific team goals.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. MA Certification (preferred and may be required in certain specialties). Related experience preferred. Basic computer and word-processing skills. BLS Certification.
