Position Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is passionate about aesthetics and wellness to join our growing team. Previous experience in a medspa setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who exhibits professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a true passion for the industry. Or We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with prior hands-on experience in a medspa or dermatology setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, confident in performing advanced treatments, and thrives in a high-end, client-focused atmosphere. This is not an entry-level position—experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers with aesthetic procedures (injectables, lasers, microneedling, PRF, etc.) Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace Take patient vitals, update charts, and manage patient flow Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction during visits Support front desk and client intake as needed Contribute to content creation and social media marketing Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a team-first attitude at all times

Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Energetic, professional, and polished in appearance Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Skilled in basic social media platforms and content creation A team player with a proactive attitude Trustworthy and able to handle client confidentiality with care

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a medspa or dermatology office preferred Medical Assistant certification is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Availability for flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed

Or Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Esthetician License Minimum 1 year of experience in a medspa or dermatology office Strong product knowledge and familiarity with advanced skincare treatments Excellent customer service and consultation skills
