Responsibilities:

Ensure a smooth flow of the office Escort patients into exam room. Take patient vital signs, perform venipuncture when necessary, make complete and accurate chart notes in EHR. Return telephone calls to patients, and make appropriate documentation in the patient chart. Respond to pharmacy telephone calls and faxes relating to patient medications and make appropriate documentation in patient chart. Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and medications. Schedule patient’s appointment Other administrative responsibilities as required

Job Requirement:

MA or certified phlebotomist At least one year of experience in clinical setting Knowledge of practice management and word processing software Good communication skills Neat, friendly and professional. Must be punctual
