Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As an Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, as well as assisting with receptionist duties. Duties:

• Render IM injections, obtain vital signs and verify patient history, as well as medical assisting to our aesthetic provider.
• Assist with front desk duties including answering phones/texts/emails, scheduling appointments, billing, transcribing charts and handling guest inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves our spa feeling satisfied and valued.
• Complete all documentation in EMR and maintain aesthetic inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to create a cohesive and welcoming environment for our guests.

Skills:

• Previous Aesthetics experience

REQUIRED.

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Familiarity with retail sales and product knowledge.
• Excellent guest services skills.
• Knowledge of all services including IV therapy, skincare and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Types:
