Responsibilities :

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently. Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records using our electronic health record, ModMed. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office supplies. Skills Experience in a Medical office setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic computer skills Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
