Administrative Assistant/Medical Assistant Rahav Wellness | The Center for Collaborative Healing New York, NY 10011 Rahav Wellness is a boutique integrative healthcare clinic in a premier location in New York City. We are seeking a kind, dynamic Front Desk Administrative Assistant / Medical Assistant to join our team. This role would be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting patients, handling phone calls, inquiries and scheduling, and providing general administrative support to the practice and its staff. They would also be expected to assist with venipuncture, vitals, inventory management, administration of specialty lab kits, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with a variety of other practice-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greeting patients, checking them in and out, managing the flow of traffic at the front desk, and ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
Client Communication:
Answering phone calls, responding to all e-messages and inquiries, confirming intake forms completed, and providing information about services and the practice.
Administrative Support:
Coordinating clinical schedules and booking appointments efficiently, managing patient records, collecting payment, processing insurance requests, supporting providers, monitoring inventory, assisting with ordering of supplements and medications, managing vendor partners, and other general administrative tasks.
Workspace Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Monitor and order inventory and office supplies.
Potential Additional Duties:
Assisting with venipuncture and vitals, new patient onboarding, inventory management, and other tasks as needed. Upholding privacy and HIPPA standards
Qualifications:
Experience:
1-2 years of medical assisting, phlebotomy, and administrative experience, preferably in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
Computer Proficiency:
Proficiency in office software, scheduling tools, and potentially social media platforms. Passion for

An understanding of and interest in holistic health practices is desirable. Attention to
Detail:
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for managing patient records and administrative tasks .
Shift:
Part-time position. Looking for someone with a flexible schedule to work any day during the week. Times may change upon mutual agreement with evolving practice needs. Monday•Friday 9:30 am•6:30 pm

$25.00•$30.00
