Responsibilities :

Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Record vital signs, medical history, and patient information accurately Prepare examination rooms and assist during medical examinations Administer immunizations as directed by the physician Coordinate lab tests and follow-up procedures Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) Provide emotional support to children and parents during visits Requirements Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred At least 1 year of experience in a pediatric or clinical setting is preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with EMR systems and basic medical equipment Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and friendly work environment Health benefits and paid time off (for full-time staff) Opportunities for professional development and growth If you’re into pediatric healthcare and want to grow in a supportive clinical setting, we want to hear from you!!
