Medical Assistant Traveling Out of State United Diagnostic Services New York, NY United Diagnostic Services is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant in multiple areas. Shifts vary depending on location and needs. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the site Direct visitors to the appropriate areas Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information Perform blood pressures, be able to draw blood and know logitics of lab codes Skills Proven work experience as a Medical Assistant, Receptionist, Phlebotomist, and Front Office Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. blood pressure taken manually) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude

$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
