This is a temporary position! If you are looking to start a satisfying and rewarding career in healthcare, look no more. NFMMC is recruiting caring individuals to serve as Medical Office Assistants at its primary care sites in Niagara Falls and the surrounding towns. Medical Office Assistants play a vital role in the delivery of primary care. They help patients by providing information, services and assistance, preparing patients for physician check-ups, assisting with health teaching and health counseling, processing patient registration and making sure patient charts contain updated, accurate information.

Shift:

– Part Time availability. – Work hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. No weekends required.

EDUCATION

High School diploma or GED required. Applied Associates Degree in Medical Office Assisting preferred. Basic computer skills test required. Data Entry skills test required. General clerical skills assessment required.

EXPERIENCE

1 year prior experience as a Medical Assistant in an office based setting preferred.
