What You’ll Do:

On Patient Days:

Room patients and assist the physician during examinations and procedures Prepare exam rooms and ensure medical supplies are stocked Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant information Maintain EMR documentation and ensure smooth patient flow

On Non-Patient Days:

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating records, and processing paperwork Handle phone calls and assist with patient inquiries Support the care team with various office functions as needed

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in both clinical and clerical roles EMR experience preferred
