The Medical Assistantsupports FLACRA’s medical team by assisting in meeting the healthand psychiatric needs of our clients. This role is essential tocreating a safe and supportive environment while maintainingFLACRA’s mission, vision, and values.
Must-Have Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid NYS Driver’s License.
At least 1 year of experience in a medical setting. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Strong multitaskingabilities and composure in challenging situations. Ability toremain calm and focused in crisis situations.
Nice-to-HaveQualifications:
Associate’s Degree or higher in a related field. 3years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
Experience in behavioral health.
