Greet and welcome patients in afriendly and professional manner Register patients and assignrooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained Answer phonecalls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous mannerProcess patient check-ins and check-outs accurately Handle patientrequests, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently Assistwith appointments, cancellations, and modifications as needed JobRequirement High school diploma or equivalent required. MedicalAssistant Certification required Previous experience in customerservice or front desk role preferred Excellent communicationskills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills withthe ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient computerskills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Professionalappearance and demeanor Flexibility to work various shifts; noweekend hours required
