We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct phone calls; schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments Verify patient insurance and obtain authorizations for procedures Register new patients and maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems Perform administrative tasks: filing, faxing, scanning, typing letters, etc. Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA Support clinical and administrative staff as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Chinese and English required Prior experience as a medical assistant, receptionist, or medical scribe preferred Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., MDLand) is a plus Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Professional, punctual, and reliable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
