Responsibilities:
Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and proceduresPerform vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasksAdminister medications and vaccines as directed by providersMaintain accurate medical records and documentationEnsure patient confidentiality and comfort at all timesAssist in scheduling appointments and managing patient flowSterilize medical instruments and maintain exam rooms
Requirements:
Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA)Previous experience in a medical office setting preferredProficiency in EMR systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate demeanor and a passion for patient careWillingness to work flexible hours and travel between offices as needed

Full-time•Must be able to work late hours if needed, and travel to Eastern and Western Suffolk•

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
