Medical Assistant Proactive Podiatry Monaca, PA 15061 Podiatry Medical Assistant / Front Desk Hybrid Position We are a leading, highly specialized podiatry practice looking for an enthusiastic and dependable team member to join us in a H ybrid Front Desk and Medical Assistant (PMA) role. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be directly involved in patient care and practice operations—an ideal opportunity for those who are passionate about healthcare and want to grow within a specialized clinical setting.

What We Offer:

We provide extensive in-house training , including how to operate advanced treatment technologies like shockwave therapy and laser machines . You’ll gain valuable experience working alongside skilled doctors and clinical staff treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including wounds, fractures, and surgical cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

Prep and room patients Operate shockwave and laser therapy machines (training provided) Assist during procedures Charting and administering treatment plans Take and process x-rays ( trained in-house) Maintain and stock treatment rooms

Front Desk Duties:

Greet and check in/out patients Schedule appointments and MRIs Collect payments and balance daily transactions Answer phones and communicate with patients Support administrative tasks as needed
