Medical Assistant Pinnacle Physicians Group (ENT Division) 1338 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 About us Our practice is a member of Pinnacle Physicians Group. We are a private, specialty practice (Ear, Nose & Throat) located in Bensalem. The office is small but fast paced. We are looking for an experienced medical assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background working in a medical office setting and will be comfortable performing clinical and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be able to handle complex tasks with ease, take initiative in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of stressful situations.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication between the doctor and the patient. File patient records. Verify insurance. Schedule appointments. Answer phones. Collect basic medical information from patients. Perform quality assurance checks on medical equipment and other materials both inside and outside of the office. Help doctors with basic medical procedures.

$19.00 – $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
