Position Overview :
We are looking for Aesthetic Clinical Assistants for our Exton and King of Prussia locations who will act as liaisons between our front desk and clinical providers and ensure timely and orderly patient flow. This role will primarily be responsible for assisting the Company’s clinical staff (e.g. Doctors, NPs and PAs) with best-in-class aesthetic patient care including patient intake, treatment and equipment preparation, documentation support and blood draws for select services. This role will be responsible for supporting clinical providers and center operations in a manner that prioritizes high quality patient care and the overall patient experience. For qualified candidates, this position may also include learning and performing aesthetic services to patients such as microneedling, chemical peels, and laser resurfacing in addition to body treatments such as CoolSculpting.
What You’ll Do :
Support aesthetic treatment plan development under clinical staff leadership. Support accurate chart documentation. Prepare patient rooms with set-up and clean-up and other treatment prep such as with medications and equipment. Manage inventory with the stocking and re-stocking of supplies in treatment rooms. Perform select aesthetic services such as chemical peels and microneedling for qualified candidates only. Provide excellent patient care including pre- and post-care and customer service. Promote the brand and services as well as Marketing promotions and discounts. Suggest and promote medical-grade retail products and additional services. Ensure patient safety at all times as well as confidentiality in compliance with company protocols. Focus on patient satisfaction and earning 5-Star reviews via a best-in-class patient experience. Follow any current and future established administrative and clinical protocols. Assist with Administrative duties, as assigned. Note that occasional travel may be required to our other locations and duties such as training and/or support.
What You’ll Bring :
High School Diploma / Equivalent. Esthetician or Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant a plus. +1 years of patient care or customer service experience in a healthcare or retail environment. Experience in the medical aesthetics or medspa business preferred. Ability to multi-task while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible and patient with the needs of the business. Focus on high-quality patient care and experience required. Punctuality is a must. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as a team player. Consistently demonstrate good judgement and maintain a high standard for performance. EMR experience a plus. ~
