• Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for medical procedures.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining patient records and updating information in the system.
• Assist medical staff with inpatient care, including monitoring patient vitals and administering medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient comfort and safety during treatments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, internal medicine, dermatology, and physiology for effective patient assistance. Requirements
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for medical administrative support.
• Ability to administer medications under supervision.
• Knowledge of patient care procedures, including inhalation techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various patient care tasks.
