We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about holistic healthcare, organized in fast-paced environments, and skilled in both administrative and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Scheduling:

Coordinate and confirm appointments for in-person and mobile wellness services.

Insurance Verification:

Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to scheduled visits or treatments.

Medication Recertification:

Assist with medication refills and ensure timely recertification with providers and pharmacies.

Insurance Credentialing:

Support provider credentialing processes with insurance panels and maintain up-to-date records. Collect and document vital signs, medical history, and wellness concerns. Prepare clients for treatments and support IV therapy setup as needed. Maintain a clean, calming, and safe clinical environment.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in a medical assistant or healthcare support role Familiarity with insurance procedures and patient scheduling. Experience in a wellness, primary care, or clinical setting preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Passion for holistic health, patient care, and wellness services. Medical Assistant certification is a plus but not required—we value experience and attitude.

Work Schedule:

On-site, part-time: Monday to Friday 25 hours per week between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (exact daily hours to be discussed) Why Join Us? Be part of a mission-driven, integrative health practice.
