This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within a dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support, and patient service. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist dermatologists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Provide direct patient care, including taking medical histories, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting vital signs. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and prior authorizations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment. Educate patients on skin care practices and post-procedure instructions. Qualifications Previous experience in dermatology. Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record systems. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and care. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
