Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5
PM Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly; answer phones and schedule appointments Verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and obtain authorizations Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Manage front-desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures Process billing, copays, and coordinate with billing departments as needed Assist with correspondence, referrals, and provider communications Support clinical staff with administrative needs and workflow coordination
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; medical admin training preferred 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting strongly preferred Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and basic office software Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
