Virtual Patient Coordination:

Schedule and confirm telehealth appointments, send reminders, and respond to basic patient inquiries via phone, email, or secure chat.

• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Management:

Accurately enter, update, and organize patient information and clinical documentation in EHR systems.

Clinical Workflow Support:

Triage incoming patient messages, forward clinical questions to appropriate team members, and monitor follow-ups on lab results and referrals.

Insurance & Billing Assistance:

Gather insurance details, assist with electronic claim submissions, and help resolve billing inquiries with patients and payers.

Telehealth Platform Assistance:

Guide patients through telehealth platform setup, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems to IT support. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CMA or RMA certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
