Offer medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Deliver exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and providing information about treatments. Requirements Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent training is preferred. Familiarity with outpatient care practices and protocols is essential. Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service and support team collaboration.
