While thisposition is located in our West Nashville Clinic, candidate must bewilling to help cover at our Hendersonville location when needed.

Objective:

At Complete Health Partners, a high level ofcommunication skills and understanding of customer service is vitalto providing quality care. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for helping care forour patients by performing basic vital signs, basic assessments,explain basic medical information to patients with the guidance ofa provider. The best candidates will be able to assist withprocedures under the direction of the providers and showself-starter abilities. The ability to perform blood draws isrequired, IV experience is preferred but not required. When performing medical registration specialist tasks, you will beresponsible for ensuring an efficient and accurate check in andcheck out process, which includes confirming registration anddemographics, verifying insurance and collecting payments. You willalso answer the phones and assist patients with scheduling,relaying messages to the relevant provider, and other non-clinicalneeds, as they arise.

Requirements:
Job Duties/Skills Needed:

Prior physician office/clinic MA work experience required with1-year Internal Medicine/Primary Care office experiencepreferred. Exceptional attention to detail and documentation withexcellent communication, customer service, organization andtelephone skills. Ability to handle high call volume and multi-task in afast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task and knowledge of common insurancetypes/pre-authorizations/pre-certifications Able to obtain vitals, patient history, and perform effectivetelephone triage Assist with procedures under the direction of the providers andshow self-starter abilities Cleaning and maintaining workstations, assisting withstocking/inventory as needed.
