This is a full-time position, 5 days per week; Monday through Friday. The position is primarily at our office in Knoxville, but also requires spending time at our offices in Loudon and Jefferson City when needed. A successful candidate would love working as a team to help others. Willing to train the right candidate(s). As a Medical Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing the highest quality of dermatologic care to our patients. You will be the smiling face that eagerly assists patients and attentively supports our providers throughout a diverse work day. What you’ll do: Work as an integral part of a team to consistently deliver high-quality patient care while demonstrating a positive attitude Master the use of the practice electronic medical record system in order to efficiently and accurately document patient records and ensure continuity of care Demonstrate adaptability by seamlessly transitioning through a variety of appointment types including general, cosmetic, and pediatric dermatology Who you are: A people person who is passionate about helping others An excellent communicator who is equally well-written and well-spoken A reliable teammate who works well within a diverse work team Eager to learn and constantly expand your job skills A quick learner who embraces technology
