★Medical Assistant★ Certification NOT required!! Job Description We are seeking dedicated Women’s Health Medical Assistants, certified or non-certified , to join our team!! This role involves supporting several providers in a fast-paced office environment, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. Responsibilities Rooming patients and taking patient history. Recording vital signs and supporting multiple healthcare providers. Scheduling appointments and managing prior authorizations. Obtaining pre-certifications for MRIs and CTs. Communicating test results to patients. Performing phlebotomy and various other medical tasks. Essential Skills Detail-oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care. Expertise in manual blood pressure measurement. Proficiency in phlebotomy procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or relevant externship/field office experience. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly Cerner, is a plus. OBGYN or Women’s Health experience is advantageous. Preferred experience in a clinic setting.
