Conduct pre-examination procedures including vitals, patient history, and preliminary assessments. Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle correspondence. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic. Provide support and assistance to patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive clinic experience. Collaborate closely with clinic staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high standard of care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred. Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is advantageous. Prior experience in a medical office, particularly in neurology, is a plus . Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care.
