Led by a nurse practitioner and expert injector, our clinic provides personalized skincare and injectable treatments with excellence and integrity. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant to support our owner and lead injector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing patient care and clinic flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct clinical support to the lead injector during patient appointments Prepare and restock treatment rooms daily with necessary supplies and products Perform accurate and timely EMR documentation and charting Assist with intake forms, consent documentation, and patient records Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized clinical environment throughout the day Interact with patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner Support daily clinic flow, ensuring the provider stays on schedule and has everything needed for efficient treatment Assist with inventory management and general back-of-house duties as needed

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or similar clinical background preferred Prior experience in a healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetics setting strongly preferred Comfort with EMR systems and digital documentation
