This candidate will apply the correct codes to patient charts for data collection, analysis, and claims processing. This candidate needs to maintain an information retrieval accuracy ratio of 97% and meet the quality assurance rate of 95%. This is an outpatient coding position focused on emergency care and ambulatory care coding

Coding test followed by 1 round virtual interview

Must Haves:

High School Diploma/GED Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) Interventional Radiology, cardiac procedures, and surgery 1+ year outpatient coding experience Strong understanding of ICD-9/10 and CPT codes 95% Quality Assurance (QA) accuracy rate Compensation $20/hr to $35/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
