Medical Coder – URGENT NEED!! Elite Health Solutions LLC Shreveport, LA 71105 We are searching
EVERYWHERE
for a Medical Coder. Someone GREAT who can take a patient’s information, like their diagnosis, procedures, and treatments and convert those items into standardized codes for billing and record-keeping. Those codes help healthcare providers and insurance companies process claims, track data, and ensure correct reimbursement.
Review patient records:
Gather doctor’s notes, lab results and other documents for necessary information.
Translate info into codes:
ICD and CPT codes represent the diagnosis, procedure and services.
Accuracy and compliance:
Verify correct codes and that they line up with regulations and insurance requirements. If all of this sounds like
