We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dermatology Medical Coder to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes to dermatological procedures and diagnoses, ensuring optimal reimbursement for our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes based on patient documentation Review medical records for accuracy and completeness Identify complex coding scenarios and apply appropriate coding guidelines Maintain compliance with billing regulations and standards Collaborate with billing staff and physicians to address coding questions

Qualifications:

Experience in medical coding, with a focus on dermatology Strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding systems Proficiency in analyzing medical records and documentation Knowledge of dermatology-specific procedures and diagnoses Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
