You will be responsible for abstracting ICD10 and EM levels from provider progress notes, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
Access multiple programs current technology Prepare and sort documents. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Abstract and assign ICD10 and EM levels from charts. Provider feedback to providers on documentation discrepancies and/or improvements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry or other related fields Excellent computer skills Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented
