Medical Coder II (Ambulatory) – Remote job in Charleston, South Carolina!

Job Summary:

Support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in accurately coding ambulatory procedures and outpatient visits. Work remotely and contribute to veteran healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign

ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS

codes for ambulatory visits.
Ensure APC and RBRVSpliance.
Utilize

MHS GENESIS, 3M

Epass 360, JLV systems.

Qualifications:

4+ years ambulatory coding experience (or 2 years MTF experience).
Certified Coder (CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT).
Security clearance eligibility (Tier 1 Investigation).
Position contingent on contract award. With an early summer start date
